All orders placed on our website are sent from our Foil Queen Foils HQ in NSW

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days and can vary during promotional periods. We will always try to dispatch your order within 1 business day and if an order will be dispatched later than 3 business days we will contact you via email.

Once your order has been send you will receive an email with your tracking number.
